The Business-Education Partnership grant provides opportunities to connect local businesses with school districts to promote job opportunities and career pathways. These programs increase awareness of in-demand technical careers for students, parents, guardians, teachers and school faculty.
The Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Development Board, Inc. and the PA CareerLink® in Luzerne and Schuylkill Counties are proud to partner with the Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical Center (WBACTC) and the Schuylkill Technology Center (STC) to recruit students who are motivated to gain workplace experience through job readiness training and cooperative educational opportunities with regional employers at a school-approved work site.

- Co-ops/Internships
- Registered Pre-apprenticeships
